Acid wheel cleaners for aluminium and trucks, acid-free for polished wheels, X-Line active foam and iron remover; then the right tyre shine for the bay or the showroom.

All-purpose cleaner, glass cleaner, enzymatic upholstery cleaner, plastics and leather restorers, odour neutraliser and cabin fragrances: the interior that brings the customer back.

The sequence Fra-Ber recommends for a professional wash, with one reference product per step. The last two are periodic: decontamination and plant maintenance.
Apply the prewash bottom-up, let it act 1 to 2 minutes without drying and rinse top-down. This is where traffic film comes off; the shampoo then only has to clean.
Fra-Ber concentrates pay off because they are dosed: 8 to 25 ml per car in tunnel, 10 to 30 in self-service, 1:20 to 1:50 in the sprayer. Calibrated dosers and compensated hard water (Resa Plus) avoid waste.
Descaler in nozzles and circuits, Lavacemento on the bays, tyre shine and a wax the customer can see: a clean bay sells the next step.

Frequently asked questions
What car washes ask us most often about the Fra-Ber range.
Yes. The range is formulated and tested for hard, recycled and reverse-osmosis water. In very hard water areas Fra-Ber has specific prewashes (Resa Plus 5.0 Hard Water) and the drying agents give different doses for osmosis water (1:2000–1:5000 instead of 1:100–1:400).
Single-component (Poker, Sundet, Perfectwash) is applied in one step and serves cars and trucks in hand wash, sprayer and self-service. Two-component (Turbowash, Super Lavateli) applies two solutions in sequence that boost each other on the panel: the choice for tarpaulins, trucks and very heavy dirt. In tunnels the equivalent is the Presoak 1.1 (alkaline) + 2.2 (acid) system.
Smart Complete is the complete reference range for car washes. X-Line is the premium maximum-performance line (XS Extreme, Spumone, Prime, Defender, Sublime Hy, NutriGloss), with doses of 5 to 25 ml per car. Evoenzymes is the enzymatic, VDA-certified line for a greener chemistry without losing efficacy (Pre-Self Emollient, Foam Aroma, Lava Interni B Aroma, Deotex).
It depends on the installation and the product. In tunnel and rollover the data sheets give 5 to 25 ml per car; in self-service, 10 to 30 ml; in hand wash with a sprayer, dilutions of 1:20 to 1:50. Super Allunet, Allunet Hi and Superlega are acid and meant for aluminium and steel with brake dust; they are used diluted and never left to dry. On polished, anodised, chromed or Alcoa wheels use Alconet (acid-free) or KO Iron; X-Wheel Active Foam is also not recommended for Alcoa or motorcycles.
The data sheets flag the ones suitable for motorcycles: Acticlean, Micellar (1:60), Prime Extreme, Volume Extreme and Foam Aroma Extreme (1:40). XS Extreme and X-Wheel Active Foam are not recommended for motorcycles. On matte paint or wraps always test a small area and avoid gloss waxes.
The sprayer (25 or 50 L, plain or foaming) is the hand-wash tool: prewash and wheel cleaner at 1:20–1:50 without a compressor. The LS3 foam lance connects to the pressure washer and makes snow foam with Neve, Trifoam or Spumone at 1:2–1:12. For interiors, the Tornador uses compressed air.
With a weekly Anticalcare cycle circulating in the water circuits and nozzles, and Lavacemento on the concrete bays to remove the black film. In very hard water, slightly higher prewash doses and a drying agent compensate the hardness.
Most concentrates come in 5, 10 and 25 kg (or litres); some in 1,000 kg (IBC) for tunnels and high-volume centers, like Perfectwash Megafoam. Finishing products also come in 4.54 L, 1 L and 750 ml. On this page every pack shows whether it is in stock in the store.
