Step 5 · Waxes and protection. The step the customer pays for: drying wax for tunnel and self-service, UV-filter wax, X-Line hydrophobics and quick detailers for hand finishing. Protection that lasts several washes.
Drying and protection wax for tunnel and self-service: hydrophobic, deep shine and protection that lasts several washes.
X-Line hydrophobic wax: 4–15 ml/car in tunnel, 2–10 ml in self-service, 1:100–1:400 in spray.
Tunnel wax with UV filter: protects the paint from the sun and helps drying in the brushes.
Wax for self-service bays: the “wax” step the customer sees sheeting and feels when drying.
